- To prepare, manage, and support a trip you ask us to help arrange.
- To send marketing email only when you separately request it.

When information may be shared
Ajova Journeys is an independent contractor affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. Information may be shared with the host agency, travel suppliers, and service providers when reasonably needed to answer your request, arrange or service travel, deliver requested email, operate the website, or comply with law. Ajova Journeys does not sell your personal information.
Newsletter choices
Trip-planning communication and newsletter marketing are treated separately. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in an email or by contacting Amanda. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary service messages about a trip you asked Ajova Journeys to manage.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal or business requirements. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
